These products are digital downloads and therefore they can not be returned or refunded.

 

SMaRT Club Membership Refund Policy

For free trial users, cancel your membership any time during your trial week and you will not be billed.

For all other memberships, cancel your membership before the next billing cycle and you will not be billed.*

Workshop Refund Policy

If you purchased a workshop ticket and can no longer attend for any reason, you may receive a full refund 12 hours BEFORE the workshop takes place. Refunds requested after the workshop occurs will not be granted.
