Know Your Stress

Stress Definition – There is no clear definition of stress completely accepted within the medical and mental health communities. The most widely recognized was written by 1960‘s famed psychologist Richard S. Lazarus. He states, “Stress is a condition or feeling experienced when a person perceives that demands exceed the personal and social resources the individual is able to mobilize.”
