Drown Out Bad Reviews With Good Ones

The best way to deal with bad reviews is to drown them out with lots of good ones. But it doesn’t seem as easy as it sounds. Platforms such as Google, YELP, and Facebook all rely on secret formulas to calculate out your final social score. What’s worse, is those bad reviews seem to stay at the top longer than the ones that rave about you.

One attempt most owners make to increase their potential of reviews is to have an automated system that allows patients to easily post a review to a social platform. There are several problems owners and team members experience with automation:

  1. Not educated on how the system works so they can’t leverage the platform to its full potential.
  2. Not aware of how the automation works so they don’t understand it well enough to explain it to patients.
  3. Not skilled in asking for reviews.
  4. especially objections.

There are modern ways to automate your review process but without your team Your practice must have a documented review process for each team member to follow. must be supporting the review process by sharing the link and asking for patients to share their experience.
