• Which person(s) are in a position that doesn’t suit them and doesn’t serve you /the practice?
• Which position/relationshiip is missing from your practice/life?
• How is the gap impacting your practice/life?
• What would be different if this/these positions/relationships were present?
• What, how, and when are you going to change?

WOW…we are impressed. As we said in the very beginning of this course, it was created to be a comprehensive view of your entire leadership journey. There are a lot of moving parts to that and each one deserves to be examined closely. That’s what you did and you’re going to reap the rewards for it.
