In order to determine who will be joining you on your success journey, you first need to assess and evaluate the KASC, energy, and potential for success from each of your team members.
To begin this process each of your team members are going to complete selective activities from previous modules. The information they document throughout the activities will be used in Part-2 of this module where you will meet with each of them privately to review their information and develop an action plan to move forward.
You will focus on creating high-energy relationships with those team members, building your dream team and seeing just who will join you in achieving your goals.
